They have all been hand selected as a great fit for our club with each of them having an extensive amount of experience in the industry along with having a solid understanding of Anatomy, Physiology & Nutrition.

They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Dan has almost 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and is confident and capable of helping his clients meet a large variety of goals including beginners, women’s health & fitness, sports specific coaching, strength & conditioning training, comp prep coaching, nutrition advice and much more!

Dan has been a successful online coach for the past 3 years but due to popular demand and missing the personal interaction with his clients, Dan has incorporated his Personal Training expertise from Online Personal Training to provide “Face to Face” Personal Training at Salt Health Club.

Dan is a Pro Body Building Competitor taking out the 2018 WBFF PRO title and offers Comp Prep Coaching out of Salt Health Club.

Due to high demand, Dan only takes on weekly personal training clients.

If you just want to learn about the equipment and pick the brains of your trainer, to give you the confidence to come into the gym and use the equipment with technique and ease this is the way to go!

Angie is full of energy and will push you to go that extra mile to get the results you need in her dynamic Small Group Training Timetable consisting of HIIT, MetaPWR, Booty Camp & Metafit along with offering classes inclusive on the Salt Group Fitness Timetable.
