Our trainers all live and breathe Health and Fitness incorporating regular training and nutrition into their own daily routine! Practising what they preach gives you the confidence to know your in knowledgeable, experienced and competent hands allowing you to achieve your Health and Fitness goals.

They have all been hand selected as a great fit for our club with each of them having an extensive amount of experience in the industry along with having a solid understanding of Anatomy, Physiology and Nutrition.

They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Maddy has been in the industry for the last 5 years and is a Diploma Qualified Personal Trainer. In the past Maddy has worked as a Pilates Instructor doing both Reformer and Mat Pilates and instructs one of Salts most popular classes- Mat Pilates on Tuesday 8am & 6:30pm along with Thursdays 8am & 10:20am.

Maddy has recently decided to start Personal Training in a gym setting as she has found herself very passionate in this area whilst still incorporating Pilates Fundamentals into her workout regimes to get her clients the results they are after.

Maddy currently weight trains herself here at Salt, 6 days per week and is currently in preparation for her first Fitness Model comp in September this year.

Maddy is available to take on clients from the 10th of June as she is currently enjoying a holiday in Europe.

Richard is a certificate III and IV Qualified Personal Trainer and has a Bachelors Degree in Sports and Exercise Science.

Richard takes on a variety of clients from absolute beginners to Professional Athletes. Richard is very passionate about Injury prevention and rehabilitation along with being experienced with pre/post natal clients, elderly clients and other specific conditions.

Being an International Tennis Pro himself, Richard is very passionate about using weight, resistance and cardio training to enhance sports specific goals and currently trains at Salt 5 days per week, incorporating calisthenics, prehab and specific resistance exercises into his regime to strengthen his performance both on and off the court.

Richard is able to apply his training to ANY sport to give a specific gym based program. Book a complimentary consult to find out how.

If you just want to learn about the equipment and pick the brains of your trainer, to give you the confidence to come into the gym and use the equipment with technique and ease this is the way to go!
