ZUMBA STARTING TUESDAY 17th APRIL

How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
Tabata training is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It consists of 8 rounds of ultrahigh-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It only takes four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes will push your body to its absolute limit.
Leisa’s Tabata class runs for 45 minutes but don’t panic this includes a good warm up and cool down and that much needed rest between Tabata circuit stations
